Gardenscapes is the game that responds to my appreciations
I appreciate when game developers do their best for achieving the greatest aim – love of their gamers. Gardenscapes is the game that responds to my appreciations. This is a recently released game aimed to search for hidden objects. Playrix Entertainment were great in presenting their game, in graphics used in it, tasks that seemed so fascinating to me that I wanted to play more and more even after I had completed the whole game.

From the start of the game you get a big house with a garden that was very beautiful previously but very poorly-looking now. You have a butler named Austin to assist you in restoring your garden and return it great looks. You should buy various things and decorations to make your garden the best.
The main your trouble is lack of money. To get it you make up your mind to seek through fifteen rooms in the mansion to find things for jumble sales. You make these sales in every room and should please the requests of your customers. People will want you to sell them different clothes and things like utensils or jackets and your goal is to find these objects in the room very fast not to make your customers wait.
The advantage of this process consists in the fact that we need to do everything fast. If you find a certain object quickly enough the customer will be extremely contented and you will receive more money from him. The more income you have the faster you purchase all necessary things for your garden and the faster you reach the main aim – winning the competition for the prettiest garden in the city. It gives great stimulus for completing the tasks.

There are some mini tasks that you meet on your way to the main goal. For instance you can get a letter from an actor who asks you to send him all the photos found in the house. For completing this task you will find yourself in the room where many pics are disposed. Or you can be given a task to find the buttons and you will need to look for them in the rooms where the sales will be kept in future.
Having the sales in each room and some extra puzzles you will spend about 4-5 hours on playing the whole game. Maybe it will seem somewhat dull to you but design is wonderful and you will be really glad playing such a qualitatively developed game.
You will enjoy being in each of fifteen rooms because of their bright colouring. The objects are rather diverse starting from rather familiar to the exotic ones like hookahs. They are perfectly drawn and it is easy for you to recognize them immediately. What is even more exciting is the fact that many objects we should find move in some way that makes searches a fascinating process.
The player can also get some enjoy from the garden. It Austin’s task to take care of it and he eagerly performs orders about it like watering the trees and flowers, playing with the dog etc. Austin tells us all necessary information for us to proceed playing. He can tell us even ridiculous things to raise our spirits.
If you like how the garden looks on your screen you can use it as a screensaver. You will see birds flying, Austim wandering in the garden and a puppy playing with himself.
But despite all pluses I want to draw your attention to some minuses. I think that fifteen rooms is not enough for this game. The other one concerns the hints that are not presented in a quantity I would like. Gardenscapes doesn’t provide a gamer with necessary information found in the surrounding like other hidden object games do. Some locations where objects are hidden are not marked. In any case you will not get stuck in a difficult situation because the plot is thought very well.
I can boast that recently I played many HOGs and I have many games to compare with this one. But I am proud of the fact that Gardenscapes is among my favourite games. As I said I would like to play it more and more if it were longer.
